My mojo was on jagged rocks for oh-so-many mornings. From the moment my feet hit the floor until my official workday started, I was Queen Faffalot. Body and brain rarely in sync, I dithered, flapped, and fretted my way through the morning, achieving absolutely not a lot. I was the consummate faffer! For those not up on British slang, a faffer is someone who wastes time or procrastinates. For me, "Faff" stands for the Frustrating Art of Fussing and Flapping. So many ‘F’ words, and I was nailing them all! There were many facepalm moments.

Mojo On The Rocks
Chill Care Smoothie
1/2 cup mixed berries
1/4 cup orange juice
1/8 cup coconut water
1/8 cup Greek yogurt
Splash of fresh lime juice (optional)
Blend berries, orange juice, coconut water, Greek yogurt, and a splash of lime juice until smooth. Pour into a fancy glass and garnish with
toasted coconut or a skewer of threaded berries.
The Un-Muddled Martini
2 oz vodka
1 oz triple sec or orange liqueur
Splash of cranberry juice
Ice cubes
Half-dozen berries (for garnish)
Whip up a cocktail by shaking ice,
vodka, triple sec, and cranberry juice. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with a berry skewer threaded with raspberries, blueberries, and strawberries.
